Pastor Hezekiel Nkosi has commended Eswatini for having leaders who fear God, describing the country as blessed.

Nkosi made the remarks on Monday during a service where pastors bid Her Majesty the Indlovukazi goodbye, marking the conclusion of the Easter services held at Somhlolo National Stadium.

He said the nation was fortunate to be led by leaders who worship God, adding that this would ensure divine protection over the kingdom and royal household.

“God will continue to keep Their Majesties because they worship Him,” he said.

Nkosi, a South African pastor representing the Zion Apostolic Church, said it was rare to see leaders actively participating in religious services.

“I have never seen such a thing in South Africa, where leaders take part in church services and interact freely with the people,” he said.

He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to preach before the Indlovukazi at the age of 65, describing it as a significant moment in his ministry.

Nkosi urged believers to find comfort in God, emphasising that true fulfilment comes from knowing Jesus Christ rather than material possessions or positions of authority.

“The positions we hold will not help us if we do not know Jesus,” he said.

Quoting from the Book of Luke 24:13–15 and verse 28, Nkosi said Jesus revealed Himself to those who were confused, yet they failed to recognise Him.

He encouraged pastors to seek spiritual clarity and ask God to open their eyes.

“Ask God to come and stay with you and honour Him. He will then grant you the desires of your heart,” he said.
