Lindo Sithole-Gina, affectionately known as ‘Mrs G’, is the founder and Managing Director of INALA Skincare and the Managing Director at Brandex Professional Consultants.

With a background in business consulting, brand strategy, communication, stakeholder engagement and media relations, she has built a career around helping brands grow while remaining committed to serving people. Beyond business, she describes herself as “a wife, a mom, and a woman of faith.”

“Most days, I am moving between building brands, serving clients, raising children, replying to WhatsApps, solving business problems, and trusting God for wisdom. In short, I wear many hats, and somehow the mom hat is usually the one that never clocks out.”

Her passion for skincare was born from recognising a gap in the market.

“INALA was inspired by a real gap I saw in the country. Many people are struggling with acne, pigmentation, dark marks, dullness and damaged skin barriers, but they are buying products blindly and often feel discouraged by the time they come to us.”

For Mrs G, INALA is deeply personal and closely tied to her faith and desire to serve others.

“I believe offering a space where people can heal, feel cared for, and begin to feel like themselves again is part of how I serve. Skin concerns can affect confidence deeply, so I wanted to create a place where clients could stop guessing, feel understood, and start their skin journey with proper guidance.”

INALA is not just about glow, it is about confidence restoration. Established as a start-up in 2025, with the Valley View SkinLab becoming part of its operating journey in December that year, the business was founded with a clear purpose.

“My vision was to build the country’s premium Korean SkinLab, a place where skin analysis, treatment plans, authentic products and aftercare come together.”

The name INALA also reflects that vision.

“To me, INALA represents natural confidence, beauty with intention, and abundance. I wanted a name that felt soft, premium, African and memorable. It also connects beautifully with our brand line: ‘Confidence, Naturally.’

“Today, INALA offers professional skin analysis, consultations, acne and pigmentation support, Korean facial treatments, Aquafacial/Aqua Pure treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, dermapeeling, Pico laser and laser glow treatments, barrier repair support, home-care routines, and selected wellness services such as vitamin therapy.”

The SkinLab also offers its in-house clinical Korean treatment line, Permatology, alongside Nature4 Homecare product lines designed for high-end treatment experiences. On the retail side, clients have access to authentic Korean and globally trusted skincare brands, including Anua, Centella-based ranges, Cosrx, Medicube, K-Secret Seoul 1988, Round Lab, The Ordinary and others.

Lindo Sithole-Gina, founder of INALA Skincare, discusses her vision for Eswatini’s first premium Korean SkinLab and her mission to restore confidence through science-led skincare.

Mrs G says her decision to specialise in Korean skincare came after seeing the country’s unique approach to skin health.

“I chose Korean skincare because Korea treats skin as a serious discipline, not just a beauty trend. I travel to South Korea frequently, attend Korean aesthetics training and expos, study products and equipment, and observe how deeply skincare is woven into their culture. I always joke that South Korea has become my second classroom.”

Their approach is about prevention, hydration, barrier repair, consistency and innovation, and I wanted to bring that level of thinking to African skin.

“As the sole official distributor in the SADC region for Nature clinical products, including the Integral B and Brucke lines, as well as Wismin, authenticity remains central to the business. This is important because our clients are not just buying a product from a shelf; they are accessing professional Korean clinical skincare through a verified and trusted channel.”

She explains that these products are developed to support concerns such as pigmentation, acne-prone skin, dullness, sensitivity, barrier repair, texture and overall skin renewal.

“For me, authenticity matters. There are many skincare trends online, and not every product being sold is genuine, suitable or professionally guided. At INALA, we source directly and officially, and we also help clients understand which products make sense for their skin.”

Before recommending any products, every client undergoes a personalised skin analysis.

“Skin analysis helps us understand the person behind the skin concern. We look at the client’s current routine, lifestyle, skin type, sensitivity, breakouts, pigmentation, dryness, oiliness and treatment goals. From there, we recommend a treatment plan and home-care routine. Two people can both have acne, but the causes and solutions may be completely different. That is why we analyse first and recommend after.”

INALA Skincare is located at Valley View Complex, above Nando’s, in Ezulwini. Among the most common concerns the SkinLab treats are acne, dark marks, pigmentation, dullness, texture, scarring, enlarged pores, ageing concerns and damaged skin barriers. For Mrs G, however, the greatest success stories go beyond clear skin.

“The success stories that stand out most are not only about clear skin; they are about confidence. When a client says, ‘I can finally go out without hiding my face,’ that stays with me.”

Like many entrepreneurs, she has faced challenges along the way.

“One challenge has been educating people that skincare is not guesswork. Many clients come in after trying every trending product online—you would think their skin has been through more experiments than a science lab,” she says with a laugh. “We overcome that through education, analysis, proper sourcing and treatment planning.”

She says another challenge has been introducing the concept of a SkinLab.

“Many people already understand the word ‘spa’, but they are still familiarising themselves with what a ‘SkinLab’ means.”

A spa is often associated with relaxation, pampering and once-off treatments, while INALA is focused on skin analysis, treatment plans, clinical skincare, aftercare and long-term skin transformation.

“As a result, education has become an important part of the business. We have to help clients understand that we are not just offering a nice facial for the day; we are helping them understand what is happening with their skin and how to treat it properly. That takes more explanation, more trust-building and more consistency in our messaging. But it is also what makes INALA different, because we are creating a new standard for skincare in the country.”

Another distinguishing feature is the team’s professional expertise. “We have professional Somatologists and licensed Nurses. This means we cannot operate casually. It raises the standard for everything—consultation, hygiene, treatment protocols, consent, aftercare, product recommendations and client safety. It also means more structure, more training, more accountability and sometimes higher operating costs.”

She believes this professional approach is essential.

“We are not trying to be a generic beauty space. We are building a SkinLab where clients can feel safe, guided and properly cared for. Many of the concerns we treat, such as acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, scarring and barrier damage, need professional understanding.”

Looking back, Mrs G says her proudest achievement has been watching INALA grow into a trusted SkinLab.

“My humbling achievement is seeing INALA grow from an idea into a trusted SkinLab that is helping people understand their skin and regain confidence. When someone walks into INALA feeling discouraged about their skin and later begins to feel confident, hopeful and like themselves again, that means everything to me.”

She also takes pride in introducing authentic Korean skincare, clinical treatments and professional skin analysis to clients in the country.

“It is not just about building a business; it is about creating a space that serves people with care, knowledge and intention.”

For aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women, her advice is straightforward.

“Start with courage, but build with systems. Passion is beautiful, but it will not answer emails, pay rent, follow up clients or manage stock. You need faith, discipline, consistency and a willingness to learn. Also, do not wait until everything is perfect. Start where you are, and improve as you grow.”

Looking ahead, Mrs G plans to expand INALA’s skin transformation programmes for concerns such as acne, pigmentation, scarring, texture and glass skin. She also hopes to strengthen the distribution of clinical Korean products, grow the retail range, and build stronger training, education and partnership opportunities across the region.

Her long-term vision extends even further.

“I would love to see us develop our own skincare manufacturing lab, using world-class ingredients, advanced techniques and research-led formulations that speak directly to the needs of African skin. For me, INALA is not only about where we are now; it is about building something that can influence the future of skincare on the continent.”

Her message to current and prospective clients remains simple.

“Your skin concerns are signals, not flaws. Do not keep buying products randomly or copying routines that were not created for your skin. Choose authentic products, seek professional guidance and be consistent. At INALA, we do not guess. We analyse, treat and transform. Confidence, naturally.”
