Secure your pass to one of Southern Africa’s leading food and fashion events. Tickets to the 8th edition of the Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival are now available for purchase online and via Standard Bank’s Unayo platform.

Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival Communications Manager, Phiwo Dhlamini, confirmed that ticket sales have launched with a limited number of discounted early bird tickets.

“These tickets sell out every year within a short period, so get yours now while stocks last. Online premium lounge, Luju Gardens, and Kids tickets are available on www.lujufestival.com,” said Dhlamini.

In a first for the festival, this year’s event will span two full weekend days, reflecting its extraordinary growth and influence.

“Be part of this exciting development on August 1 and 2, at House On Fire in Malkerns,” said Dhlamini.

The expanded format positions the Luju Festival as a premier weekend destination and a dynamic force for cultural tourism across the continent, with over 12 000 attendees expected.

The new two-day experience promises an immersive celebration of culinary delights, high-end fashion, Afrocentric music, and family-friendly entertainment for audiences traveling from across Africa.

Tickets for Locals via Unayo

House On Fire and Standard Bank Eswatini continue to make the festival accessible to local residents.

According to Dhlamini, premium lounge, Luju Gardens, and children’s tickets are available via the Unayo ticketing service on WhatsApp:

  1. WhatsApp “Hi” to 7805 6364 (“Luju Tickets with Unayo”)

  2. Select Unayo Ticketing

  3. Follow prompts for a seamless booking experience

This year’s festival will feature:

  • Culinary demonstrations by celebrity chefs

  • Premium wine and whiskey showcases

  • World-class regional fashion shows

  • Pan-African music artists across diverse genres

“Luju’s tastefully curated programme is inspired by the festival’s ethos: A Return to the African Future. This bold declaration invites audiences to reclaim heritage, reimagine African identity, and reconnect with traditions while embracing innovation,” said Dhlamini.

The festival platform continues to support creative economy development, sustainability, and small business growth, providing local artists, designers, artisans, and SMEs the chance to showcase their talents to a regional audience.

Aspiring traders in food, fashion, design, and lifestyle, including children’s entertainment for the Beehive environment, are encouraged to apply once application forms are released in March.

“Look out for the official announcements on the Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival website, www.lujufestival.com,” added Dhlamini.
